JUNE -   Toledo Meeting   Delegates from Chapter 649 made the drive to Toledo, Ohio to attend State Councils Board / Membership meetings. Traveling together to attend these meetings, Cliff Riley and Wayne Gregory took time to stop at the Neil Armstrong museum.  Cliff paid to have Wayne placed in a Space Suit,
then a pitch black room, to view first hand, just how dark space really is.
We also earned our NASA patch for qualifying in the Docking & Landing simulators
State Council had relocated the scheduled meeting to Toledo, to accommodate Chapter # 35, who
also had scheduled the “ Traveling Tribute Wall” to be shown for viewing during the same weekend.
The “Wall” was located at International Park in East Toledo, along the banks of the Maumee River.
