MAY - Roving Billboard :

With the help of Chapter member Ed Cole, Chapter 649 now has a
roving billboard. The eight foot banner is placed between two ten foot flagpoles, and was designed to be capable of being relocated to various places within Clermont County, thus becoming a roving
billboard.   May 18, Ed Cole, Darryl Trace and Darryl's grandson Dustin, along with Wayne Gregory, placed the poles and banner at the empty lot.   Currently the banner is located at State Route 50  & Route 132, across the street from Smitty's Sunoco gas station, ( next to the Family Dollar Store, Owensville, Ohio )
Permission has also been given to relocate the banner on the empty lot across the street from the Owensville B P gas station, with intentions to relocate within the town of Goshen, and other towns during various parades & events, held through-out the year.
Chapter 649's desires to relocate the banner throughout the county during the Spring, Summer
& Fall Season, thanking All Veterans who have served our country.
USA Flag  / POW / MIA has now been placed atop the two flag poles supporting the banner.
